About
Hi, I’m Justin Burdett, otherwise known as Fake Neal. I write and curate Fake Neal Huntington. Fake Neal is home to reasonable commentary and links about the world of sports, with a definite focus on Pittsburgh-area teams.
In a past life, Fake Neal was home to a series of anonymous commentary about the team from the fake GM himself. After a good run, and several others creating Fake Pirates-related Twitter accounts, it was time to put the schtick to a close. You can only make so many Pirates jokes for so long before you run out of steam.
There are no comments on the blog itself, but I do welcome your feedback, thoughts and corrections through Twitter.

This website’s platform is built by the fine folks at WordPress. I’m using a fairly modified free template called minimalism by genaehr.com to get the job done.
I’m also taking advantage of a WordPress plug-in called Daring Fireball-style Linked List to help make my links appear on the RSS feed and in the post itself. As you may have guessed, this site’s format is heavily inspired by one of my favorite tech writers, John Gruber of Daring Fireball.
